Shift Studio app is used to manage interior design and finishing projects between clients, engineers, procurement staff, and administrators.
Information we collect:
- User account information such as name, email, phone number, and role.
- Project information such as project name, stages, comments, progress updates, and uploaded images.
- Camera and photo access may be used to upload project photos, invoices, and receipts.
- Notification token may be used to send project-related notifications.
How we use the information:
- To allow users to access assigned projects.
- To let engineers upload project updates.
- To let clients view project progress.
- To let administrators manage projects, users, and reports.
- To send notifications related to project updates.
Camera permission:
The app may request camera permission only to allow users to take and upload photos related to projects, invoices, or receipts. We do not access the camera in the background.
Data sharing:
We do not sell user data. Data is only used for project management inside Shift Studio.
Data storage:
Data is stored securely using Firebase services.
